Matricaria seeds are tiny and require light to germinate.
Sow indoors 5 to 7 weeks before your last expected spring frost date.
Fill seed trays with a fine, pre-moistened seed starting mix. Gently press the seeds onto the surface of the soil. Do not cover the seeds with soil.
Cover the tray with a clear humidity dome or plastic wrap. Bottom-water or use a gentle mister to hydrate so you do not accidentally wash away or bury the seeds.
